 Could end up being an expensive frisbee... August 15, 2010

This software requires a Pentium 2, 260mhz or faster processor to run. Also it is not compatible with Windows 7. This will be an expensive frisbee if you have either of these two problems.

Even though I have graduated from high school a couple of years ago, I use this to help refresh my memory on a number of subjects. I have been using these programs since I was very young and it has helped me greatly. I was always an honor student and graduated at the top of my class. When I was stumped or needed help, I always turned to Encore educational programs.

Mostly the product looks good. The Economics portion does not open because of some obvious faulty programing. It has no start up data. It is something that most companies would fix by providing a patch, but they really have no tech. support. When you go online, it gives you no tech. support. It directs you to a phone number, where a machine directs you to another long distance number that puts you on hold. Hopefully, since they don't have either tech. support or customer service( another redirect to long distance), this will be the only problem.
