 Horrible customer service if you need help July 16, 2010

My rating is low because I can't even try the software to rate it! I installed it on a Mac and get an error message indicating I do not have administrator privileges. Tried to run it as an administrator, to no avail. Then, call Customer Service, and no phone support. You can leave a voice mail and send an email to get a response, but it's been over 24 hours and no reply. Who sits by the phone waiting for technical support to call you? What an incredibly poor customer service experience. If Amazon has the best customer experience I've experienced, this company is on the complete other side of the spectrum. Frustrating.
 Many exercises to develop your typing skills June 20, 2010

Over the course of many years I have drifted away from typing correctly. I learned to type in the 6th grade on a manual typewritter and had been quite good. But over the years I didn't use the skill and when I did, I developed many bad habits and I needed to correct them, this software helped me to do that. Since I already knew where the keys were on the keyboard what I really needed was to relearn what fingers were responsible for hitting each and every key. Typing tutor quickly taught me the correct keystrokes and allowed me to jump in at a level that I am comfortable with, now the only thing left for me to do is to improve on my speed. 30 to 20 mintues nightly help me to improve. This purchase was well worth the $20 that I spent and I would recommend this to others even though I haven't used any other typing software titles.

I was a "hunt and peck" typist...so I was very sceptical about this product. It works great and I am touch typing with my speed increasing every couple of days. It makes typing so much fun also.

Well my dad had always been saying that he wanted to type faster. And after 2 months of using the software he's improved. The trick is to actually commit some time to it. I too actually used it to see how fast I was and took a test. Not outstanding but hit about 43 words per minute. Good program

I have always been a hunt and peck typist. Ten years into my professional career and I finally admit my lack of typing skills are holding me back. I should have done this years ago. The program is easy to follow and after only two lessons, I have gone from 16 words per minute to 26. I hope to be at 40-50 words per minute within a few months. This is a life saver.
